If anyone who has private insurance has checked out this site and is not calling because I’m not in network there are a couple things you can do.
1- CALL ANYWAY! I often can provide a private pay rate close to or equal to your insurance copay. Or, you can use your out of network benefit under which many insurances will reimburse you 40 – 60% of what you pay me. GETTING HELP IS THE PRIORITY!

2- Call your insurance company and complain. Especially if you are calling for therapy for a pregnant or postpartum woman. Many insurance companies are claiming that there are sufficient counseling services in the Bloomfield, CT area.
